PERSONAL AND HOBBIES:

Growing up with an entrepreneur father who was a Bush Pilot and owner his own aviation business in Alaska, I had daily opportunities to fly with him from a very early age and this type of lifestyle instilled a sense of adventure within me. To this day, I still enjoy watching take-offs and touch-downs at the municipal airport near my home. Six kids later, Mom and Dad decided to do something "safer" and they formed a successful commercial real estate brokerage. Now 50 years in service, it continues to serve the greater Las Vegas area.

I have two beautiful children who are spreading their wings. My daughter graduated from NAU with an honors degree in Biology and my son, also an honors student, is already a successful entrepreneur in the gaming world and is studying at ASU/Engineering department. They both make me very proud and I am humbled to be their mother.

Living in a beautiful home is a blessing. Walking in and seeing "eye candy" is an uplifting feeling that I wish for everyone and any house could be a beautiful home. Living in the East Valley, I enjoy hiking, biking, walking, jogging, the movies, most of the community events and the exceptional restaurants. This outdoorsy state has much to offer because of the year-round beauty and nice weather. If you're relocating, you're in for many nice surprises including the spectacular sunrises and sunsets!

As an entrepreneur myself, I love what I do and, as you can see from the cover photo above, I am passionate about practicing my trade to best serve my clients. My parents instilled in me a deep appreciation for what it takes to provide exceptional service. Tenacity and a dedication to understanding clients' specific requirements are the hallmarks that drive my business. "After 3 realtors and 14 offers I hired Jackie and Keller Williams and had a contract on my fabulous house in FOUR days !!! Jackie was my realtor to purchase a 2nd home. I lived out of State so I had so many restrictions. Good thing my sister lived near the house I was buying so she helped me throughout this process. Jackie is an absolute delight to work with. She was so responsive and very flexible in working with myself, my husband and my sister.

One issue I had was with the lender having a mishap with the HOA docs. They were so slow to respond which resulted in a weeks delay closing escrow. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Jackie’s resilience and pressure, we would still be waiting. Jackie is AMAZING. I would use her over and over again!
Working with Jackie was an amazing experience. She truly advocated for us and even gave up her own time to work a deal that benefitted us over the seller. Her expertise was refreshing and we truly felt that he was working in our best interests. Even when she had to be direct about a property we liked, she explained exactly why and always had previous experiences to highlight her reasoning.
In the end, we found a great home in an amazing school district and it was as easy as signing the contract and letting her work out the details until closing.
